I recently had my front suspension worked on including shocks and lower arm. When I got my Rav 4 back it made some odd noises so I took it back. Jose and his crew followed through and corrected the issue, which turned out to be a part defect. They stand behind their warranties and I didn’t have to push the issue. They just took care of it. I am a happy customer.
