Friendly service, done the same day I brought it in!I was able to use the very user friendly app to make my appointment. They did a wonderful job on my car! Definitely recommend this place!!

My Jeep was overheating. Jose and his team fixed a symptom, a cracked head gasket, but then took the time to diagnose and fix the underlying problem, a clogged radiator. The service history was not pointing in that direction. This was the first time I have had a repair done here, they charged a reasonable price and fixed it right, I will be using them again.

My initial impression wasn't great because I had an issue with the invoice. I'm happy to say, Eric made it right and the quality of his service was genuinely excellent. They included photos of the damage, along with an in depth explanation that helped me understand the issue. I appreciate that they got me a quote fast and the work done quickly too so I got my car back the same day.

As has been the case for the past 6 years, took my car into Poway Auto Repair for a 90,000 mile maintenence and they did a great job at a very fair price and had my car ready at the time that the said it would be finished. If you want an honest and professional place to take your car, this is the place to go!

Jose and his team are a very experienced and knowledgeable group. They’re were very upfront about the costs and procedures needed when performing a serious repair on my motor. I highly recommend them and will be coming back for future auto related services.

Made an online appointment on a Sunday to get my AC looked at and had a call within an hour of their opening letting me know what needed done!

As always, Poway Auto repair was extremely comprehensive in their assessment of what was needed to address the issues I was having with my car. They were timely in making the repairs and were extremely communicative throughout the process. It is so reassuring to have a mechanic that can be trusted to be honest and thorough. Plus they're just really great people there. That makes a difference too!

As usual, Jose and the team take care of business efficiently and at a reasonable price. I'm a lifer!
