My 4Runner had a check engine light on so long story short, I took it to Orilleys to get checked and it ended up being a Catalytic Converter Code (P0420). I called Poway Auto Repair because a friend referred me and Eric ran some tests on my car and he ended up telling me that I need a new Cat. When I tell you these guys work fast YET efficient, I mean that. I made an appointment and my car was ready the same day I dropped it off. Jose and Eric are very professional, understanding, and kind. These gentlemen are straight to the point and don't beat around the bush. I think it's very hard to find mechanics that are honest and trustworthy, these guys are the real deal. Thank you again Eric and Jose for your awesome work and hospitality, you guys are awesome!

My car had an unexpected problem with a hose. I brought the car in that morning and Jose was able to find the problem and fixed it very quickly. I was able to pick up the car the next day and it was good as new!

My Jeep was overheating. Jose and his team fixed a symptom, a cracked head gasket, but then took the time to diagnose and fix the underlying problem, a clogged radiator. The service history was not pointing in that direction. This was the first time I have had a repair done here, they charged a reasonable price and fixed it right, I will be using them again.

My initial impression wasn't great because I had an issue with the invoice. I'm happy to say, Eric made it right and the quality of his service was genuinely excellent. They included photos of the damage, along with an in depth explanation that helped me understand the issue. I appreciate that they got me a quote fast and the work done quickly too so I got my car back the same day.

As has been the case for the past 6 years, took my car into Poway Auto Repair for a 90,000 mile maintenence and they did a great job at a very fair price and had my car ready at the time that the said it would be finished. If you want an honest and professional place to take your car, this is the place to go!
