I've had a great experience with Poway Auto Repair. Their team is honest, professional, and always takes the time to explain what needs to be done and why. I especially appreciate that they never pressure me into unnecessary repairs. If something can safely wait until the next service, they tell me that instead of trying to sell me something I don't need. Great customer service, fair recommendations, and a shop I feel I can trust with my car. Highly recommended!

Eric was great. Very knowledgeable and able to explain/answer questions very well. Charged a reasonable rate for everything done.

I had to do a State Vehicle Inspection and the system they used was unfortunately down. They kept me very well informed and were able to get everything taken care of they day after. Genuinely one of the best interactions Ive had at an auto shop.

First time at Poway Auto Repair. Very friendly atmosphere. Eric & Jose easy to take with and to ask about what we needed. Our 2013 Mercedes was riding rough and we were sure we needed front brakes. We were glad to hear their estimate price (10-20% less than others we talked with). They had the job completed in about 4-5 hours. Car is riding smooth again. No doubt, we will be coming back for more repairs at this shop.

Eric and Jose are true professionals. They always are very honest with what the car needs and what can wait. We usually go to them after the dealership tries to upsell us on multiple service needs. They always give it to us straight and help us save money. Best of all, our cars have run great since taking it to them. High quality work at reasonable prices. Best of all, they are honest.
