I cannot thank Jose and his team enough. I was out running errands when my car just did not feel “right.” I pulled over and immediately called Jose. Even though I did not have an appointment, Jose had me come by for his team to check out the problem. They took care of me immediately and got me back on the road safely. It was a Friday and they were very busy. Now that is customer service!

Great independent garage for our Mazda! Started using Poway Auto Repair (PAR) based on local recommendations several years ago for our high mileage 2015 Mazda CX5. Jose and his team are very polite and easy to work with and communicate all matters/costs via phone/text (including helpful photos). It's refreshing to have access to such an honest and reputable service garage in the Poway, CA area. PAR is not out to make a buck on unnecessary service/repairs - they are a technically competent garage that aims to keep our car in good working order and provides honest, solid advice on preventative maintenance and services. I'm glad to recommend PAR to all.
