Best service in town hands down without a doubt the mechanics talk to you in terms you understand and if you have any questions they are more than happy to go out of their way to answer them they are very professional and very understanding and you don't get that these days 10 out of 10 stars yes Poway Auto Repair is that good

Great service! Jose was able to take me in for a quick check of my vehicle. Check engine light was on but I did not have time to have it fixed that day. I was assured that my car was safe to drive in the meantime. It was easy to schedule an appointment for actual work. Everything went smoothly. I will definitely return for maintenance service.

Diagnosed my issue, gave me a fair price (way better than the dealer) and completed the job quickly.

As a customer for more than 10 years, I am always happy and more than satisfied with the service. Surprised to find my spark plugs lasted less than 15K miles, Scotty made it good and informed me the warranty on them was still good and the new ones would be free. I don't think any other auto repair shop would be as generous!

We were from out of state and needed a major car repair. The owner of Poway Auto Repair greeted us warmly and immediately assessed the problem along with his mechanic. The shop that had done the original work was contacted to see who manufactured the parts to check for warranty as was the company that made the A/C parts. Every effort was made to help us recover our oringinal expense. The work on our vehicle was completed in 2 days. Will definitely recommend Poway Auto to friends and family in San Diego. 9/19/2018

I went there no appt and they got me in right away. An hour later I was on my way. Very nice people, fast service, and very honest. I’ve found a new place for my car problems
