Great fast, and honest service. The owner let me borrow his truck while my care was being fixed. He never tries to trick you into getting stuff you do not need. He staff is very friendly, it is rare to find a mechanic like this. People like to complain about price but if you live in Poway his prices are very competitive. I
Service was timely, and able to fit me in to a tight schedule. Prices seem reasonable for the work done. All were very polite. Jose explained the problem well, and even supplied a ride home, so I didn't have to wait there.
The owner, Jose, took care of me like I was part of his family. Honest, straightforward, professional and very kind. I love this place!

My whole experience was Great!! I was referred to Poway Auto by Evans Tire in Poway (manager Mark)!Jose the Manager at Poway Auto was very Professional and concerned with my problem and worked mein right away in spite of the fact that they were very busy! The Technician diagnosed my problem and suggesteda solution in a timely manner! He was competent and very nice! Jose (owner) gave me an estimate and said he would do his best to work me in and try to complete my Car by 5:00 Pm that day! It was a 4 to 5 hour repair! Alberto the tech was friendly and competent and meticulous and did a super job on the Repair!
