My 2005 Hyundai Tucson has faulty AC--it works when you take it in for repair, but NOT when you're driving it home again. Jose and his team kept my car and put it through various paces until they finally got it to act up. Spent hours listening to it, driving it, testing it. In the end, it's a dealer-only repair. What did Jose charge me for all that time? NOTHING. He is a man of his word, obviously appreciated by many. He'll be my new go-to car guy. It's a wonderful thing to have a go-to car guy.
