We have brought our vehicles to Poway Auto for years. Jose has always remembered us by name, and remembers our vehicles. Jose and his team always go out of their way, and go above and beyond to provide great service.We are not rich, and our vehicles have well over 100,000 miles, one over 260,000 miles. We always him prioritize the issues he finds by safety and mechanics of the vehicle.Today, we picked up our car, and Andrew said they replaced the bad starter. And they also checked all the fluids. And they fixed a burnt out tail light. Extras for no charge! What mechanic does that? Not many.I could write positive comments for every visit we have gone to Poway Auto. These guys are great. First time i went there it was to shop around after getting a ridiculious quote from another shop. These guys did the job at a really good price and i have been going to them ever since. Jose is great, everytime i go in he is there to help me out personally.
