The customer service at Poway Auto Repair is outstanding. I've been taking my cars to them for years and they've always provided quick, efficient and economical service. They never oversell--they just take care of business.

you hear all of the time how auto repair shops / mechanics overcharge & perform work that is not required.... because 98% of them do it....... it is a fact but NOT POWAY AUTO REPAIR in my 30 years of using mechanics i have not found a shop/mechanic as honest as (poway auto repair) jose.... it's nice to know that there are still good people out there... because it is rare in this industry

DEF. A FAN. I took my car to the Dealership and paid $100 for them to tell me nothing was wrong with my car, even though it stalled every time I came to idle... Then I took it to another place that wanted to charge me $95 for them to JUST LOOK at it, plus they wanted me to leave it over night just for them to look and not even touch it. So left and yelped and found Jose's shop just right around the corner, (literally.) I didn't have an appointment but he drove my car around the block, then looked under the hood, and diagnosed my car with needing a new hose all in the first 15 mins. only charged me $115 for the part and labor! Car fixed an hour later. Would totally go back just next time drop it off, the waiting room wasn't very exciting.

This was my first time going to this shop but Jose and his staff were so helpful and friendly that this is now the only place I will be taking my Mazda. He did not, at any point, up-sell me something that I didn't need AND went out of his way to get the parts as cheap as possible. They took care of some major work in just a few days and it was clear they put in a little overtime to get the job done faster. I was very impressed and pleased. My only recommendation? It seems like the shop could use a secretary to assist in contacting customers to keep them updated on the status of the car while its in the shop :)

As a woman, I usually feel intimidated bringing my car in to the shop. Not with these guys! They are honest, reasonably priced and, very nice! I will continue to bring my car there for service! I will also recommend them to my friends and family. Thanks guys for taking good care of me & my car!

I have just recently started going to Poway auto repair & the owner Jose is great. It's so nice to finally find a repair shop that does great work and is so honest! He and his mechanics really seem to care about their work.

I had my car serviced recently at Poway Auto and recieved professional and curtious service. The repairs took longer then expected (no fault of thier own) and they kept me abreast of all the repair being done.

Thanks Jose and crew for another fast and fixed car. Always professional and always fabulous service!
