Once again I got more than I expected. My drivers side door rattle, which I assummed was related to the removal of the door panel to replace the door lock, was fixed - on the third try. But the cause of the rattle wasn't related to the repair you did - it apparently was just wear to the door latch. So, you fixed a problem that wasn't really yours. Thanks very much for the help.

I've had my vehicles serviced by Poway Auto Repair since I moved here in 2004. They have successfully corrected all my automotive issues. I do not take my vehicles anywhere else. I will miss Jose and his most capable crew when I move in a week. They are a super team!

I actually located this auto repair shop accidental. I was comparing prices of an alignment and found this company had the best prices and the closest to my home. I was greeted by the Owner (Jose) and Manager (Thomas)with a smile. The entire staff was positive and happy while servicing other visitors. I was in and out of the shop within a couple of hours. I take my car there regularly for maintenance and as needed repairs. Their prices are very fair and the knowledge of foriegn vehicles was outstanding. You will not be taken advantage of being charged for services not needed. Once you are on thier mailing list, you will receive reminder notification of routine services and after each service you will receive review comments. This company is focus on making their customers happy along with provide excellent service. I highly recommend Poway Auto for service. You will not be disappointed!!!
