As a customer for more than 10 years, I am always happy and more than satisfied with the service. Surprised to find my spark plugs lasted less than 15K miles, Scotty made it good and informed me the warranty on them was still good and the new ones would be free. I don't think any other auto repair shop would be as generous!

The shop that had done the original work was contacted to see who manufactured the parts to check for warranty as was the company that made the A/C parts.
