Poway Auto Repair has always taken good care of me and my vehicles. They go above and beyond to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction, which is extremely rare these days. Jose has a phenomenal work ethic and the highest level of integrity, which show through in the quality of the work and service at Poway Auto Repair.

Jose & Thomas did a great job chasing down the problems on my son's car and it runs great ! They installed a new engine which is no small job. Thanks guys.

It was Christmas Eve and my warning light came on for low oil and low coolant. I know very little about cars but I know that running low on both can lead to serious problems. It being Christmas Eve I knew it'd be tricky finding a shop open to help me put oil and coolant in my car so I'd be good to go for my trip up north tomorrow to Thousand Oaks. I pulled up and was told they were closed, then Steve whom I think may have been the owner or manager said that he wouldn't let me go with out him first helping me. (Being Christmas Eve and all) He then proceeded to hook me up and gave me some good advice as well as to what may have caused the leak. Needless to say they went above and beyond to help accommodate me, some random guy and I appreciate it.

When I am going to Poway Auto Repair with any car problems I never worry, I feel good because people who help me are very qualified, very professional.All of them have a great personallity.All of them VERY HONEST. It is proven in comparison with othr companies

As always, we received exception service at Poway Auto Repair when we took our car in for its 60k service.

I've spent the last 6 months with my jeep and had a smog issue. I've been to 3 mechanics and way to much money for them to figure it out. I dropped it off to Poway auto repair on Wednesday they figured it out. 24 hours later the jeeps back home and passed smog!! And life is good!!!! thanks guys you were direct to the point and I'll be back.

The service has always been great. Jose is pleasant, informative and helpful. The workmanship was excellent as usual.
