Here's the deal. This place is busy, probably because they're good at what they do. So, sometimes they forget to call you back, but they're really quite nice so go ahead and call them back. It's really not a big deal. I went in a week ago because my car was noisy when accelerating. They took me to look at the underside of my car, which is corroding away from harsh Canadian winters. Turns out I had a leak in my exhaust manifold. Jose told me it'll cost between 300-650$ to repair, depending on if some of it was salvageable. They didn't charge me a dime to look at it. I dropped off my car today and went back 4 hours later. The total cost with parts and labor was $241. This is how you get and keep customers. This is the best service I've ever gotten from a mechanic. And they're personable too!The car isn't noisy anymore and I'm completely satisfied. I'll be back.
