Good service. Didn't take too long, had me in and out when they said they would. Friendly. Took time to explain everything. Even though they were missing one crew member that day, they didn't rush through my questions, nor did they rush through the work. Reasonable price. They were recommended by a friend, and, after two visits, I plan to let them be my permanent mechanics.

Once again I got more than I expected. My drivers side door rattle, which I assummed was related to the removal of the door panel to replace the door lock, was fixed - on the third try. But the cause of the rattle wasn't related to the repair you did - it apparently was just wear to the door latch. So, you fixed a problem that wasn't really yours. Thanks very much for the help.

I've had my vehicles serviced by Poway Auto Repair since I moved here in 2004. They have successfully corrected all my automotive issues. I do not take my vehicles anywhere else. I will miss Jose and his most capable crew when I move in a week. They are a super team!

Having my car repaired I put right up there with a deep cleaning on my teeth.I can think of better things to do with my time. Jose & the staff changed my mind about the auto repair part by providing excellent diagnostic & repair on my vehicle. A clean shop & pleasant atmosphere put me & my wife at ease. I would recommend P.A.R. to my friends & family for all auto related issues.
