Jose and the rest of the crew at Poway Auto Repair always do an excellent job.

Went back to Jose and team for tuneup on my 2000 mustang. It wasn't pulling power very well and found out 2 cylinders weren't firing. Got full tune up with new plugs and wires for a great price (matched the quote). I will always bring my cars here, even driving 15 miles to get there.

Jose at Poway Auto Repair is the most trustworthy mechanic in San Diego County, and super nice! I can say this from experience of being taken advantage of in the past. I would refer anyone to Jose.

the guys were excellent as usual, no pressure and to the point. took the pathfinder in after blowing the radiator and replaced it myself and it was still overheating. the guys found a secondary therrmostat under the intake manifold was frozen. and replaced it. problem solved. Toyota. avalon changed timing belt and flushed transmission for 95000 mile maintenance.

Kudos to Jose and Thomas for taking good care of my car. I appreciate their honesty and hard work. Please keep this up and you will always be with fortune. Best of luck!

The customer service at Poway Auto Repair is outstanding. I've been taking my cars to them for years and they've always provided quick, efficient and economical service. They never oversell--they just take care of business.

you hear all of the time how auto repair shops / mechanics overcharge & perform work that is not required.... because 98% of them do it....... it is a fact but NOT POWAY AUTO REPAIR in my 30 years of using mechanics i have not found a shop/mechanic as honest as (poway auto repair) jose.... it's nice to know that there are still good people out there... because it is rare in this industry

DEF. A FAN. I took my car to the Dealership and paid $100 for them to tell me nothing was wrong with my car, even though it stalled every time I came to idle... Then I took it to another place that wanted to charge me $95 for them to JUST LOOK at it, plus they wanted me to leave it over night just for them to look and not even touch it. So left and yelped and found Jose's shop just right around the corner, (literally.) I didn't have an appointment but he drove my car around the block, then looked under the hood, and diagnosed my car with needing a new hose all in the first 15 mins. only charged me $115 for the part and labor! Car fixed an hour later. Would totally go back just next time drop it off, the waiting room wasn't very exciting.
