I actually located this auto repair shop accidental. I was comparing prices of an alignment and found this company had the best prices and the closest to my home. I was greeted by the Owner (Jose) and Manager (Thomas)with a smile. The entire staff was positive and happy while servicing other visitors. I was in and out of the shop within a couple of hours. I take my car there regularly for maintenance and as needed repairs. Their prices are very fair and the knowledge of foriegn vehicles was outstanding. You will not be taken advantage of being charged for services not needed. Once you are on thier mailing list, you will receive reminder notification of routine services and after each service you will receive review comments. This company is focus on making their customers happy along with provide excellent service. I highly recommend Poway Auto for service. You will not be disappointed!!!

Excellent service as usual. I called in advance to make sure they had a replacement part in stock. They checked my battery which was fine and replaced my alternator while I waited. It is hard to beat good service at a fair price!

Just started bringing my cars to Poway Auto Repair. I really feel like Jose is an honest broker and he and Thomas have treated us really well. Brought my 2006 Civic in due to multiple problems but they only recommended work that needed to be done, which was replacing the shocks and struts. Brought my Trailblazer in this past week to get the brakes looked at. They found a power steering leak and also 25 computer updates that the dealership had never taken care of. They fixed issues on the car that I hadn't even brought up to them. Again, Their prices fall in line with averages listed on repairpal.com. I don't mind paying for good service. I just want to feel confident their performing only the work necessary and that's what I've seen thus far. Thanks Jose!Chris
