Excellent work. Like always, im very happy with the service and the special attention Jose the owner and all the mechanics provide. I have been taking my cars to Jose for many years and will continue to do so!!

I've used a mobile mechanic for years. His work is very good and his prices very reasonable. However, he is hard to book because he has so much work. I recently found Poway Auto Repair, a brick and mortar shop with a GREAT staff. There prices are right in line with what I'm used to paying and they are so easy to deal with! They communicate well, never any surpises, and they stand by their work 100%. On my last repair they stayed late to make sure I was able to pick up my vehicle after hours!

Excellent prompt service and very friendly. It has been a while since I have received such a good service.

GREAT experience (again) with Poway Auto Repair. Jose is so nice and made the experience so easy. Came out to car with a giant puddle of horrible smelling fluid on passenger side floor board. Took it over to Jose. He looked at it and knew exactly what had happened. Got it in and fixed it same day. Thank You! for the wonderful service. 5 Stars not enough!!

I called up later in the afternoon and Jose said to bring it in and they could look at it. It was the alternator like I suspected and they did the work right then so I had my car back real fast which is always a plus. $140 cheaper than dealer too. Was definitely a pleasure.

Good service. Didn't take too long, had me in and out when they said they would. Friendly. Took time to explain everything. Even though they were missing one crew member that day, they didn't rush through my questions, nor did they rush through the work. Reasonable price. They were recommended by a friend, and, after two visits, I plan to let them be my permanent mechanics.

Once again I got more than I expected. My drivers side door rattle, which I assummed was related to the removal of the door panel to replace the door lock, was fixed - on the third try. But the cause of the rattle wasn't related to the repair you did - it apparently was just wear to the door latch. So, you fixed a problem that wasn't really yours. Thanks very much for the help.
